Steven L. Snell
Steven Snell is a member of the bar of the state of New York and presently serves as the Co-Chair of the International Transportation Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law. For the past year, Dr. Snell has been visiting faculty in Political Science at Johns Hopkins University as well as at The Washington College of Law of American University, where he teaches admiralty law.
