This book grew out of papers from the Global Administrative Law Discussion Forum held at University of Aix-Marseille III in June 2010 involving scholars from the United States, Italy, France, the United Kingdom and Israel. The forum focused on two topics: “Using Courts to Police Agency Action” and “The Chief Executive’s (President’s/Prime Minister’s) Authority in Relation to Matters Committed to Administrative Agencies.”
